AMAG AUSTRIA METALL AG: EARNINGS PERFORMANCE IN Q3/2025 DEMONSTRATES HIGH RESILIENCE IN A PERSISTENTLY DIFFICULT ENVIRONMENT

• Rapidly implemented measures enabled largely stable earnings development in Q3/2025 and supported performance in the first nine months
• Revenues recorded growth of +5.4% to EUR 1,137.0 million (Q1-Q3/2024: EUR 1,078.7 million) due to higher aluminium prices
• At EUR 114.2 million, EBITDA already exceeds the lower end of the range communicated for the full year 2025 (-22.6% compared to Q1-Q3/2024: EUR 147.6 million)
• Net income after taxes at EUR 33.8 million (-37.7% compared to Q1-Q3/2024: EUR 54.3 million)
• Cash flow from operating activities recorded a growth of +23.3% to EUR 134.8 million (Q1-Q3/2024: EUR 109.3 million)
• Outlook for the 2025 financial year: EBITDA expected to be at the upper end of the communicated range (EUR 110 million to EUR 130 million), although experience shows that valuation effects can have a noticeable impact

AMAG AUSTRIA METALL AG: BROAD SET-UP ENABLED SOLID HALF-YEAR RESULTS 2025

• H1/2025 reflects, as expected, the negative impact of the trade policy-influenced economic environment on earnings since Q2/2025
• Revenues grew by +11.1% to EUR 786.2 million as a result of higher aluminium prices and increased shipment volumes (H1/2024: EUR 707.7 million) 
• EBITDA of EUR 80.6 million increasingly affected by US tariffs and higher energy, raw material and personnel costs (-15.4% compared to H1/2024:

• Net income after taxes at EUR 23.4 million (-29.9% compared to H1/2024:

AMAG AUSTRIA METALL AG: TREND-SETTING ELECTRICITY CONTRACT FOR ALOUETTE SMELTER IN PREPARATION

• Agreement on framework conditions for new long-term electricity contract between Alouette smelter, Québec government and state-owned electricity provider Hydro-Québec
• New electricity contract to enable the purchase of a total of 1,085 MW from 01 January 2030 to the end of 2045 at competitive prices
• Essential basis for profitable further development of the largest aluminium smelter in North and South America
• Existing electricity contract expires as planned at the end of 2029

AMAG AUSTRIA METALL AG: GOOD EARNINGS IN THE FIRST QUARTER OF 2025

• Q1/2025 benefited from volume increases in the Rolling Division as well as higher aluminium prices and premiums in the Metal Division
• Revenues grew by around +20% to EUR 401.4 million due to price and volume factors (Q1/2024: EUR 335.8 million)
• EBITDA increased by around +9% to EUR 46.1 million (Q1/2024: EUR 42.4 million)
• Net income after taxes of EUR 16.2 million, up around +22% on the previous year (Q1/2024: EUR 13.3 million)
• Cash flow from operating activities up by over +40% to EUR 51.1 million (Q1/2024: EUR 35.6 million)
• Outlook 2025: Q1 still insignificantly affected by US tariffs (25% in force since 12 March 2025). Increasing negative effects will become apparent from 2/2025. From today's perspective, full-year EBITDA of EUR 110 million to EUR 140 million can be achieved

AMAG signs Antwerp Declaration in support of sustainable industry

AMAG Austria Metall AG has signed the Antwerp Declaration, adding its voice to over 1,000 energy-intensive companies in the basic materials sector who are urgently calling for a European Industrial Deal.
