We value honesty, integrity and transparency. In our common interest, we wish to ensure compliance with the principles in our Code of Conduct. Therefore, any identifiable misconduct (e.g. violation of our Code of Conduct, Human Rights Code, internal regulations or legislation) shall be reported immediately. 

Help us to uncover and remedy violations and abuses. 

Your report will only be received and processed by the persons responsible for the internal reporting office. You can submit your reports anonymously or by stating your name. 

We assure you that the identity of the whistleblower will be kept absolutely confidential.

After your report, a protected mailbox will be set up for you via which an anonymous dialogue is possible. You will be informed about how your report was followed up. It is important to save the access data that you receive after sending your report, as they cannot be recovered by anyone.

The system does not store IP addresses and does not use any tracking tools. It is not possible to trace the information back to you, as long as you do not provide any data that could be used to draw conclusions about your person. Even if you provide your name, the processors will maintain the confidentiality of your identity in accordance with legal requirements.
