Following a comprehensive audit by EcoVadis, AMAG Austria Metall AG achieved the highest level in the assessment and was awarded the Platinum medal. EcoVadis, as the operator of an internationally recognised, independent sustainability and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) assessment platform, thus honoured AMAG's sustainability performance and placed it in the top one percent  of the companies assessed in the industrial category of precious and non-ferrous metals.

AMAG is therefore one of the top-rated companies and secured platinum status in the sustainability rating. This rating from EcoVadis is based on a total of 21 criteria in the four areas of environment, labour and human rights, sustainable procurement and ethics.
