AMAG once again awarded Vienna Stock Exchange Prize
- AMAG in 3rd place in the "Mid Cap" category
- Special recognition for reporting, investor relations activities, strategy and management
- Fifth award since IPO (Initial public offering)
Since its IPO in 2011, AMAG has been committed to transparent and comprehensive reporting on the company's economic, environmental and social issues. In recent years, the content and structure of the report has been continuously developed to provide AMAG's stakeholders with an in-depth insight into the company.
It is all the more gratifying that these efforts have now been recognised by the Vienna Stock Exchange Prize jury for the fifth time. Following first place in the previous year, AMAG was awarded third place this year in the Mid Cap category, i.e. among those companies with mid-market capitalisation.
The decisive factors for the renewed top ranking for the jury were AMAG's ongoing reporting, as well as its consistent and cooperative activities in the area of investor relations. In addition, the clarity and level of detail of the strategy, as well as the many years of experience of the management, were honoured.
Gerald Mayer, AMAG CEO: "This award confirms the quality and progress of our reporting in the areas of finance and sustainability. We attach particular importance to providing comprehensive and transparent information to our stakeholders, who accompany us on our growth trajectory."
The award was presented to AMAG CEO Gerald Mayer and Christoph Gabriel, AMAG Investor Relations, at a ceremony held at the Vienna Stock Exchange on 14 June 2022.
