Each AMAG AL4® tooling plate with ½ EN/ANSI tolerance is checked by 13 lasers for compliance before leaving the factory, the dimensional accuracy parameter is checked. AMAG AL4® tooling therefore offers the certainty of having chosen the best material at all times.

A uniform structure is required for the best anodizability over the entire panel. With AMAG AL4® tooling, this is achieved by uniform and complete recrystallization of the material during the manufacturing process.
